Team Germany continues their World Cup victory celebration and pop star Rihanna had to get into the rhythm, all she had to do was - take off her clothes. And it did pay off!

Rihanna (along with the players) was the centre of attention at the World Cup Final's post-match party.

But the pop princess has committed a major faux when she was in full party mood - she touched the trophy.

FIFA guidelines have previously said that only winners of the tournament and heads of state are allowed to handle the official World Cup Trophy.

Her Instagram and Twitter timeline stands witness how she broke World Cup etiquette.

The singer shared a picture of her clutching the cup while being kissed by players Podolski and Schweinsteiger.

Later revealed she had kissed and posed for a ‘selfie’ with the famous trophy.

Rihanna also posed with with Miroslav Klose holding the trophy but guidelines state she should not have touched it.

Earlier during the presentation Mesut Ozil was seen taking off his shirt to give to Rihanna.

The team, who were on cloud nine after their victory, were more than happy to party alongside her and judging by the numerous pictures shared it was a fun filled night.

Wives, girlfriends and children of the Germany players were also pictured with the trophy during the celebrations in Rio.

It is not clear if Fifa have relaxed their rules regarding the 18-carat gold prize being handled by all.
