Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan does not want to get in the hassle of court case and wants an out-of-court settlement with business man Iqbal Sharma.

Recently Saif was involved in a brawl with NRI Iqbal Sharma. The fight turned ugly and a case was filed against Saif for assaulting Sharma.

Saif was arrested by the Mumbai police and he was out on bail. Now Saif wants to avoid going to court to sort the issue.

Talking to Hindustan Times Saif says he wants to resolve the matter out of court an handle it between themselves like men.

Saif also filed complaint against Sharma but since his argument was not credible enough no case was filed. Sharma is back in South Africa and refrained from commenting on Saif's statement.

Meanwhile Bollywood was mum about Saif's incident and it was only Salman Khan who came out in the open and supported Saif.

Girlfriend Kareena Kapoor who was also present with Saif at the time of the brawl called Sharma's allegation a publicity stunt. Sharma's wife hit back at Kareena saying her husband is not a star struck Indian. Sharma comes from a political family in South Africa.

Saif's movie 'Agent Vinod is to be released in March and he hopes that this incident does not have any adverse affect.
