Arpita Khan's wedding is the most talked about event in Bollywood at the moment.

Her dream wedding gala at the Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad was nothing short of a star-studded extravaganza.

As expected, her superstar brother Salman Khan ensured the post-wedding celebration was a grand affair too, with several celebrities performing.

Salman Khan was in full mood to enjoy and have fun at his little sister's wedding.

Known for his wit and bantering Salman was at his elements best during the function.

During the performances, Katrina was victim of Salman's tongue in cheek humour.

The story goes, at Arpita's wedding, Salman reportedly took to the stage as the DJ played Katrina's popular number 'Chikni Chameli' and asked her to join in.

The very shy Kat tried hiding behind Karan Johar. Salman called out to Karan asking him to bring Katrina Kaif on stage.

When Katrina refused to go up, Salman apparently said, "Ok fine, not Katrina Kaif. Katrina Kapoor, please come on stage!"

The very embarrassed Katrina Kaif joined her ex-beau on stage blushing. Katrina is dating Ranbir Kapoor and the industry is abuzz with their plan to wed next year.

Salman had not finished yet. "What do I do, I gave you a chance to become Katrina Khan, but you chose to be 'Katrina Kapoor'!" he quipped.

The guests were in spits but Katrina was brave enough to keep smiling.

Considering her healthy equation with Salman and his family, the lady sure knows it was all in jest.

Katrina grooved to the beats of 'Sheila ki jawaani', but the high-profile audience was asking for more.

Dressed in embellished off-white Anamika Khanna dress Katrina was then joined by Arpita’s brothers Salman, Arbaaz and Sohail, plus Salman's close buddy Aamir Khan.

The crowd had a blast as Katrina first taught her hit moves to the guys, and then the group broke into an impromptu performance of her super-hit dance Chikni Chameli. By then, Karan Johar had also joined them on stage.

The star-studded evening also saw celebrities such as Priyanka Chopra and tennis icon Sania Mirza join the celebrations. They later posted their selfies from the do.

A grand reception will be held in Mumbai on Friday, which will be attended by top celebrities from Bollywood, and the worlds of sports and politics.

The newlywed couple Arpita and Ayush will soon fly to Australia, New Zealand and Bora Bora for their honeymoon.
