It seems Salman Khan and the makers of 'Bigg Boss' are getting a 'Kick' out of teasing fans about the star's presence in the reality show.

After dropping multiple hints that Salman would not be returning to host another season of Bigg Boss, Khan may just continue hosting of the reality show after all.

Yes, you heard it right - the confusion continues.

Bigg Boss is one of the most talked about reality shows of Indian television due to its format and controversies.

However, what makes the show extremely popular is its host- Salman Khan.

Salman is charismatic, popular and a hunk, he is also lively, humorous and entertaining. He brings life to the show.

In the last few seasons of Bigg Boss, Salman seemed to be getting increasingly agitated by the attitude of the celebrity contestants who dished out large helpings of drama for the cameras. We saw him getting into verbal altercations with many contestants, apart from times when he openly expressed his displeasure at the overall decorum in the house.

There were talks that Salman might not host the show due to his busy show and alleged differences with the channel.

But now reports suggest that he will in fact return to host the season, for a much higher fee of course.

According to Mid-Day, The fee in question could be as high as Dh3 to 4 million per week. This time around he has hiked his fees to double.

Not only will the show be bigger and grander than the previous seasons, the show will allegedly have a new time slot.

The show itself may be rescheduled around Salman's hectic schedule. There are reports that the show will start airing in August instead of the usual October.

Salman is incredibly busy with a stack of films including Sooraj Barjatya's 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' and Karan Johar's 'Shuddhi', both of which have very long schedules.

All this combined with Salman's recent quips about getting someone else to host the show were pointing towards a Salman-shaped hole in the upcoming season of 'Bigg Boss'.

Well we believe this hide and seek and dropping vague hints will continue for some more time till it's time for Season 8, after all such teasers give the show publicity even when the show if off air.
