Bollywood's two most powerful stars, Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, are coming together in a new movie - that's the buzz in tinsel town.

Reports in various Indian media suggest that Yash Raj films boss Aditya Chopra has successfully managed the casting coup and has decided to direct the two Khans himself.

But these are all wishful thinking.

Salman and Shah Rukh are not working together - not yet.

A close associate of SRK told Emirates24|7 that these reports are not true and there's no movie happening with them together.

In fact, Salman very bluntly put that it is not possible to cast the Khans (Salman, Shah Rukh, Aamir Khan) of Bollywood together in a film.

While promoting his movie 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' the actor said that they would love to work together but none of the producers in India can afford all three of them.

Forget about casting them together Bollywood cannot even afford to release these bigwig's movies on the same date.

Shah Rukh and Salman created a storm when it was announced that their upcoming big ticket films, 'Raees' and 'Sultan' were slated to hit screens on the same day – Eid 2016.

While the two actors were not bothered by the so-called clash, fans had divided sentiments about the superstars picking the same day for their respective films.

But in a turn of events, producers have decided that it was not wise to have these films release on the same day.

Producers realilsed that dividing movie goers won't be a good business call.

Salman, who has owned the festival of Eid for a while as far as his Box Office releases are concerned, has decided to give up his Eid slot for Shah Rukh Khan.

Hence, 'Raees' will release on Eid 2016 as planned and Salman's 'Sultan' will be out on Diwali 2016.

So fans who wish to see these two stars together can put their thoughts in cold storage for the time being.

Salman and Shah Rukh were last seen together in 'Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam' (2002).
