Shah Rukh Khan's cameo with Amitabh Bachchan

Shah Rukh Khan has been asked to do a cameo in the sequel to Bhootnath called Bhootnath Returns.

It may be recalled that SRK had an extended cameo in Bhootnath but virtue of his friendship with the director Vivek Sharma. The film also starred Amitabh Bachchan and Juhi Chawla in lead roles.

The sequel has Amitabh Bachchan and Usha Jadhav in lead roles and SRK has been asked to play the same role that he had essayed in the first part, but this time it is a much shorter role.

SRK has apparently heard the request and is considering playing the role, but has not given an affirmative nod to the new director of the sequel Nitesh Tiwari.  The director has earlier directed the film Chillar Party and hence selected to do another children’s movie also starring the Big B. SRK who has the busiest schedule among the stars today with Farah Khan’s Happy New Year, Maneesh Sharma’s Fan, Rahul Dholakia’s Raees, Rohit Shetty’s Punjab Express and possibly Anurag Kashyap’s Allwyn Kalicharan will need to eke out dates to shoot the cameo.
