He suffered head and leg injury when a unhinged door fell on him and he started bleeding.

After seeking quick medical aid, he went straight to the set to complete shoot.

The incident took place when Shah Rukh was filming in the ground floor of JW Marriott hotel in Mumbai with Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani and Sonu Sood.

Shah Rukh Khan's office released a statement: "Mr Khan had a minor accident on the sets while shooting. He has a minor injury and has got the necessary medical aid. Mr Khan is absolutely fine now. Thank you for all your wishes!"

The actor will be seen with Deepika Padukone in Farah Khan's 'Happy New Year'.

The cast boasts a long list of well known actors - Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Jackie Shroff, Vivaan Shah and Sonu Sood.

Earlier: Shah Rukh Khan had injured himself while shooting 'Chennai Express'.

His right shoulder reportedly suffered a muscle tear, and he underwent a shoulder surgery in Mumbai.

Earlier, the superstar decided to get his surgery done in London, but later he decided that he will undergo the operation in Mumbai only.

SRK had a muscle tear, which is caused when the bone spurs up. It used to get aggravated when he does action and dance sequences due to pressure.
