SRK left alone; Salman Khan's unconditional support to Aamir Khan

During a chat show, 'Koffee With Karan', Bollywood actor Aamir Khan revealed his bad experience working with Salman Khan in 'Andaz Apna Apna'.

Their friendship didn't really hit the right note then, but now they have become best of friends.

Aamir and Salman have bonded over the years and now pledge unconditional support to each other.

Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan is known to think differently when it comes to promoting his films and it is no different this time with 'Dhoom 3' as well.

Unlike the recent promotion strategies of stars, Aamir Khan along with his 'Dhoom 3' team has decided not to take 'Dhoom 3' to Television shows for promotions.

But that doesn't stop Salman from working over time for Aamir.

Even though Aamir stayed away from television channel promotional gig, Salman through his reality show 'Bigg Boss 7' is bombarding audience with off tune "Doom macheley" chorus.

Recently, Aamir nonchalantly had sent his bowler 'Dhoom' hat to Salman and requested him to wear it at any event in order to promote his film.

But the 'Dabangg' (2010) star had gone out of his way to wear it on his reality show in a rare display of support for another superstar’s release.

However, now we see that Salman is going a step ahead and continue to promote the film for some more time.

He has been promoting the film on his own, even without the star cast being present on the set.

Aamir is overwhelmed and says he loves Salman for promoting his film ‘Dhoom 3’ in this manner.

The actor is also willing to promote Salman's movie but on a lighter note said Salman is such a big star that he won't need Aamir's help.

This act reflects the true friendship between Salman and Aamir Khan.

This is the first time a superstar of Salman's sature is promoting another superstar's film with such earnestness.

Many actors come to promote their movies on 'Bigg Boss' but Salman never went out of his way to give so much screen space to them.

So much so that Salman is keeping his movie 'Jai Ho' in the backbuner.

After the tailer launch of 'Jai Ho' he could have easily given all his attention to his next movie.

Like Aamir, actor Shah Rukh Khan did not come to promote his movie 'Ra.One' or 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan' on Bigg Boss and Salman didn't bother to mention it on his show.

SRK has promoted both his movie rigoruously on every possisble platform but did not step in the sets of the reality show.

This shows how once upon a time best friends Salman and Shah Rukh has drifted apart.

Keeping thier differences aside, it is refreshing to see Salman and Aamir share such good rapport without going to town abou their friendship.

Set to release on Friday, the Yash Raj Films' production 'Dhoom:3' also stars Abhishek Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Uday Chopra.
