Litigation filed in India against the movie

Sunny Leone's 'Jism 2' making headlines for all the wrong reasons. Litigation has been filed in an Indian Court seeking a stay on the release of the film.

The litigation for the protection of the public interest raises an objection to the inclusion of Sunny Leone in the film.

It objects the sexually explicit content of the movie. The activist who filed the lawsuit observes that Sunny Leone's inclusion in the film will have adverse moral impact on society.

The petitioner believes that Sunny Leone's (an adult film actor) entry in Bollywood will influence aspiring actors in a negative manner.

The case has been deferred till August 8, reports Times of India.
