Jail for male teacher who molested boy student

The Dubai Criminal Court of First Instance sentenced a Filipino mathematics male teacher who groped and kissed a  boy student in the classroom to six months in jail.
 
RM, 29, was also ordered to be deported after serving his jail term.
 
The convict had admitted to the accusation when he first appeared before the court.

According to the records, on April 16, at about 1.30pm, the teacher asked a 13-year-old student to massage his head and back after locking the door of the classroom. The student told investigators that this was not the first time. The teacher had asked him for a massage earlier but he had refused.

The student said that while he was massaging his teacher, the latter told him that he will miss him during the summer break.

Then the teacher hugged the student and started kissing him on the cheeks and as he tried to kiss his lips, the student tried to stop him, the records said.

The teacher continued groping the student for about 20 minutes when other students were to enter the classroom. The teacher then asked the student to leave.

Confronting the teacher with the allegation, the latter confessed before the police and the prosecution as well as the court.
