Visitors to Dubai’s Global Village have a range of new attractions available for their enjoyment this season. This is the first time visitors will be able to experience Al Rimal Pit, Illumination World, Animal Land, and Prehistoric Oceanic.

Animal Land

Ever wanted to visit Africa on safari? Well this is a great chance to walk by some of Africa’s, and the rest of the world for that matter, wildest animals. These mechanised animals move around as you walk past them. Everybody can show how brave they are when they take pictures next to these wonderful animals. Be sure to watch the Gorilla guarding the way into the Animal Land though, he has a mighty roar.

Al Rimal Pit

Enjoy the experience famous cartoon characters, animals, and works of art all created from sand and on display at Global Village. These unique sculptures have been created to show off the great skill of moulding sand into different designs, such as the gigantic whales and shark, or even stampeding horses. The artists have also managed to recreate a well-known scene from Alice in Wonderland which children will enjoy taking pictures next to.

Illumination World

A South-East Asian concept, Illumination World is a spectacle once the night starts and visitors are ready to really enjoy their time at Global Village. This is a great area to visit if the family is looking for a truly tantalizing evening filled with beautifully arranged lights and beautiful colours. All the family will be happy to see that they can sit down and snack on popcorn while letting the children wander around the enclosed area in marvel

Prehistoric Oceanarium

This 5D experience takes visitors back to prehistoric times and deep underwater, showing families all the wonderful creatures that lived at the bottom of the ocean 200 million years ago. 5 screens show the amazing underwater creatures in an educational and highly entertaining way that visitors would have never experienced before in the Middle East. With breathtaking detail put into each creature, visitors will be astounded by the end of this fantastic experience.
