Why should girls have all the fun with their hairstyle, right?

The bold bald, the dreadlocks, the Jared Leto 'go past your shoulders' length and who doesn't love a good man bun?

Celebrities such as Harry Styles, David Beckham, Kit Harington of 'Game of Thrones' and Leonardo Di Caprio have already rocked the trend.

Man buns have been increasing in popularity as actors, sportsmen and singers are regularly seen with them.

Social media is abuzz with this latest trend. It's a popular hashtag on Instagram, a social media photoshop trend and now everyone can try the look on themselves.

But can't grow a man bun? You can buy one instead.

A company is capitalizing on social media's man bun obsession. Groupon is selling a solution for any adventurous guy who wants to test out the trend, but doesn't want to put in the effort to grow out his hair.

Clip-on man buns have been created as a quick and easy solution for those gentlemen who are eager to try and recreate the popular hairstyle, but who would rather not wait for the time it takes to actually grow out their own lengthy locks.

A quirkily-written description on Groupon explains how the accessory should be worn: 'Comb your hair back toward the crown of your head, in a similar motion to lacquering a reclaimed-wood coffee table.

'Attach the man bun to your natural hair the way the lay public attached itself to Arcade Fire. Use bobby pins to secure the man bun, decide bobby pins are too mainstream, use antique paper clips instead.'

The detachable buns come in three colors, black, brown and blonde. The listing stated that more than 1,000 have sold so far with the price being heavily discounted from $65 to just $9.99.

The Groupon description continues: 'This attachable—and, equally important, detachable—man bun lets you blend in with your surroundings, putting it on when you smell fair-trade coffee or hear a banjo, and taking it off when someone utters the word bro.'

David Beckham watch out - soon an army of clip-on man bun adorned hipsters will be nipping at your heels.

And of course anything that's popular has to be discussed and debated on Twitter.
