Food truck carnival in Dubai serving quick, fresh and quality food

54⁰ East, a global food and beverage enterprise, has launched 'Roundup', its food trucks services business, with a fleet of 100 in 2015.

Food trucks are restaurants on wheels, serving quick, fresh and quality food.

It has evolved into an established service concept, particularly in the USA. These trucks have the capacity to cater to more than 2000 people.

Food truck carnival in Dubai kick starts from this Friday (Nov 6) 9 am – 6 pm and Saturday (Nov 7) 3 pm – 11 pm at Zabeel park and Dubai Creek respectively.

The carnival has different timings and will be present every weekend at the said places.

There will also be food stalls with innovative designs to cater to all the hungry souls.

It will be a complete food truck park with food, music and entertainment for all age groups.

54⁰ east eventually plans to expand business across Middle East with a goal of 1500 trucks. The Roundup food trucks will comprise of an eclectic food brands like MOB, Fit, Calle Tacos, Bio Bean, Shawarma Station, Jordanian Brisket Truck, Toasted Grilled Cheese & Gobai.

54⁰ east envisions Roundup to develop into a cost effective platform for businesses to reach customers.
