Watch these local young MasterChefs cook-off across Dubai malls

Dubai Food Festival is providing foodies and fans with a unique opportunity to learn new cooking techniques and recipes from local greats and young MasterChef winners, who will run demonstrations and classes at shopping malls in Dubai.

Today (Thursday March 3), Chef Silvena Rowe, the successful author and TV personality, who owns three restaurants in Dubai will be giving demonstrations at Mall of the Emirates.

Known for her skill in creating fusion Emirati cuisine, Silvena will be sharing her top tips and tricks from 4:00 – 6:30pm.

For fans of Indian food, the young MasterChef India 2015 winner Nikita Gandhi will host cooking demonstrations at Ibn Battuta Mall on Thursday, showcasing the best of the Indian cuisine from 5:00-6:30pm.

Chef Nikita will also wow fans with demos on Friday 4 March 2016 at Deira City Center from 2:00-4:30pm.

On Friday 4 March 2016, MasterChef New Zealand winner Tim Read will host live cooking demonstrations at Mall of the Emirates from 1:30 – 4:30pm, and then later at Ibn Battuta Mall from 7:30-8:30pm.
