Dubai first risers get a 'surprise' on New Year's morn

Global bank HSBC has created a video which welcomed the first risers of 2016.

People usually are out partying or having fun till dawn on New Year's Eve, but there are some who never lose sight of their fitness goals.

At dawn of January 1, 2016, kiosks were set up by HSBC at the beach, cycling and jogging tracks around Dubai to welcome the first risers.

They were welcomed with various gifts HSBC strategically placed for them. The bank recorded the experience.

Titled 'First on 1st', the video reaches out to the simple human desire to do more, be more and achieve more.

So far, the inspiring film has attracted more than half-a-million shares and likes on YouTube and Facebook.
