Parineeti Chopra reveals her secret weight loss regime

The curvy 'Ishaqzaade' actress is dropping kilos and getting fitter with each passing day - say hello to this glam doll Parineeti Chopra!

On the magazine cover of Juice Magazine's September issue, the actress poses in a never seen before avatar.

She has lost oodles of weight and looking hot!

The pretty actress tweeted several pictures from the photoshoot and wrote, "Tried something new!! I liked it ;) thanks TheJuiceMagazine!!" and posted the pictures.

Her new look got great reactions from her industry friends too. Alia Bhatt tweeted, "ParineetiChopra hot stuff," and Ayushmann Khurrana wrote, "Cray! Dayum! Ahem. Ok. Wow".

Singer-actor, Meiyang Chang called her "@ParineetiChopra smoldering set! Very sassy."

Athiya Shetty, who is a new-age fashionista herself, called Pari 'too hot' and said she just loved the new look. To which an ecstatic replied, "THANK YOU THANKK YOUUUUU HOT GIRL!"

The pretty girl sizzled on stage at IIFA 2015 and everyone gave a thumps-up to this fitter and sexier Parineeti.

Recently, the actress even revealed how she has been working on her body and exercising regularly for several months now.

And we now see a revamped Parineeti. Kerala martial arts played a pivotal role in her weight loss regime.

Here's Parineeti giving away her secret weight loss programme:

"For the last few months, I have been working on myself. I have lost a lot of weight, and I am much fitter now. I was so busy last year that I didn’t get the time to work on myself.

"I neglected my health, but now, I make sure I take care of it. I’m doing a form of Kerala martial arts called Kalaripayattu. I do it every day for an hour. It has made me more flexible, stronger, and has also helped build my stamina.

"I don’t like going through the regular gym routine to lose weight. It really bores me. I guess I couldn’t multi-task. I was working day in and day out, and not taking care of my health.

"I not only looked unhealthy, but also felt it. I wanted to feel energetic, but I was just constantly tired.

"So, I decided to change that. We always aim to get thin. But that’s not enough. We should feel fit from the inside. I was unfit and overweight. Now as I am losing weight and getting fitter, I should soon be where I want to be."

We are sure even Parineeti loved her blazing look.
