Official website crashes

An hour after the Indian curriculum’s Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) results were announced online, the official website crashed.

According to the Indian media, it’s the excessive online traffic that has led to the crash of the CBSE website.

Other than the website, students can also get their results through the CBSE's interactive voice response system, by calling (011) 24300699 or (011) 28127030.

Results can also be obtained through the board's SMS service at 57766 or 7738299899.

Grade 10 results are expected to be announced on May 27.

The Indian board is scheduled to conduct a post-result counselling session for students who are not satisfied with their results.

The counselling will be conducted from May 25 to June 8, from 8am to 10pm daily. The sessions will be conducted through a Centralised Access System (CAS), where the students can call the CBSE authorities to resolve their queries or issues. The toll-free number for CAS is 1800118004.
