Dad burns daughter’s leg with a hot spoon

A Saudi man used a hot spoon to burn his little daughter’s leg just because she relieved herself on the floor due to a stomach ache, a newspaper in the Gulf Kingdom reported on Thursday.

The mother of the five-year-old girl took her daughter to police and showed them marks of a hot spoon used by her husband to punish his daughter.

“When police asked the father about this, he said he wanted to punish his daughter but denied being violent to her,” Okaz daily said in a report from the western town of Makkah.

“His wife said she had stood his bad behavior and violence for a long time and refrained from seeking a divorce for the sake of her daughter….but she told police that they need to take action against him this time.”
