Dubai Resident Alert: Dh999 staycation for 45-minute flight, hotel

An overnight stay, a 45-minute seaplane journey from Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah and a return chauffeured land transfer are part of the Dh999 deal for residents who may be planning a staycation this year.

Valid the whole summer (until August 31, 2016), the discounted packages starting from Dh999 are being offered by Seawings Lifestyle in partnership with Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (TDA).

The luxury staycation experience starts off with private air transfers taking off from Dubai Creek, offering breathtaking views over Ras Al Khaimah, showcasing white sandy beaches, terracotta deserts and the majestic Jebel Jais mountain.

Among the deals are a one-night stay in DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa, Marjan Island (Dh999), including gourmet breakfast; a two-night stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahar (Dh2,095), with an all-inclusive service (food and drinks); and a day package at Banyan Tree Al Wadi (Dh1,695), including a Rainforest Spa experience and lunch.
