A 23-year-old Chinese girl tied the knot with her boyfriend on April 15, 2014. However, it was no regular wedding for the bride suffers from a recurring brain tumour, which could end her life.

Feng Ying never imagined that she would find her Mr Right and get married to him in what could be the fag end of her short life. An ambulance followed this wedding party even as friends and relatives and well wishers got together to ensure that Feng and Yang Haibin had a wonderful day. Their love story moved a lot of people and hundreds gathered near the wedding venue to do their bit.

Both Feng and Yang hail from poor families. While Yang works in a post office, Feng's parents make their living by selling bean sprouts. They are already heavily in debt after financing her treatment by borrowing from friends and relatives, reported Asia One.

The hotel, banquet hall, food, wedding dress, make up and even the mercedes for transport was made available to the young couple by well wishers.

The bride underwent a transfusion session at a local hospital in Zhengzhou, capital of Central China's Henan province before she got ready for her own wedding. Her fiance carried her on his back to the wedding venue.

The wedding day went without a glitch even though her blood pressure had to be checked a few times by nurses who accompanied her everywhere on her D-Day.

However, once the couple's love story made headlines, they were offered the chance of getting Feng treated at a speciality hospital in Beijing.

When asked by the media on her wedding day what would be her final wish, the blushing bride said that she would like to find a new girlfriend for her husband in case the treatment did not work for her.
