Ajman DED toll free number for public, customers

The Department of Economic Development (DED) in Ajman has launched toll free number 80055 for direct communication with customers and public through the call centre.

The call centre responds to calls throughout the day and also attends to the complaints related to the services rendered to licensing, trade register, trade names and advertising permits.

The department also receives inquiries, comments, suggestions and complaints through its call centre by through e-mail info@ajmanded.ae<mailto:info@ajmanded.ae> and by personal attendance.

Mohammed Ali Al Marzouqi, the Acting General Manager at the Department of Economic Development in Ajman, said the aim behind launching the service is to enhance the communication between the department, the customers and the public to save time and effort and also to ensure rapid access to the required information and effective response – thus contributing to the quality of services provided by the department to achieve its mission and objectives.
