The Executive Committee of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council met here yesterday under the chairmanship of Sheikh Sultan bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Chairman of Tourism and Culture Authority - Abu Dhabi.
The committee members approved a project for upgrading irrigation network and pumping station tanks from Al Faya to Al Khatam along the Abu Dhabi-Al Ain highway.
They also endorsed plans to build the new main bus terminal in Al Ain in the existing site near Wahat Al Ain. Musanada was mandated to develop the new terminal which consists of administration building, a waiting hall, shops, bus and taxi stands.
