Dubai restaurants serve up food that’s healthy and hygienic, with civic body officials conducting regular inspections to ensure the standards are always maintained.

The Dubai Municipality, through its Instagram page, uploaded a video that trails two officials out to check the quality of food served in a local restaurant.

After checking the papers, the officials also verify if the meat is stored, and cooked at the right temperature.

Regular checks are conducted to ensure restaurants maintain top quality health standards at all times.
