Asian held for claiming to multiply money

An Asian man was arrested in Fujairah on charges of stealing Dh3,000 from another Asian by claiming he can multiply his money.

The defendant had asked the Asian to hand him Dh3,000 and he will return the sum much bigger, according to Al Khaleej newspaper.

“The defendant then started to move his hand to pretend he possesses powers to multiply the money. He then suddenly fled with the Dh3,000.,” it said.
