Careers UAE Exhibition 2013 is opening its doors to Emirati job seekers on Tuesday  April 30. Running until  May 2, the event is organised and hosted by Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) and has attracted the support of a record number of exhibiting companies. Careers UAE has been steadily growing over the years, and this is illustrated by the 20 per cent increase in the number of exhibiting companies compared to last year.

Careers UAE Exhibition 2013 is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, who has advocated for the empowerment of UAE nationals by making them a top priority in the labour market.

The Careers UAE Exhibition has solidified its status as an effective way for organisations to gain visibility among job seekers and maximise their chances of recruiting the brightest young UAE national candidates. For 13 years Careers UAE Exhibition has been the  intersection between providers and seekers of employment, training and academic opportunities. This year the event has acquired even greater significance after 2013 was declared the Year of Emiratisation. In response, there has been a strong turnout from companies representing a broad cross-section of the economy - ranging from ICT, finance, trade and commerce, oil and gas, hospitality, education, transportation, government, semi-government and more.

This year’s edition of Careers UAE Exhibition is supported by a large number of partners including Al Futtaim, Bayt.com, Commercial Bank of Dubai, First Select, Go Glocal, Higher Colleges of Technology, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, the Presidential Guard, Tanmia, UAE University and Zayed University.

Major exhibitors at the event include: ADNOC, Al Rostamani group, DEWA, DP World, Du, Dubal, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), EMAL, Emirates Group and Etisalat, RTA to name a few.

Open exclusively for UAE nationals and HR practitioners, Careers UAE Exhibition 2013 will be held in Halls 5 - 8 at Dubai World Trade Centre. The event will take place from 30 April - 2 May 2013 from 10am to 6pm daily, and on 1 May from 10am - 1pm the event will be open to females only.
