Dubai Properties Group (DPG), a member of Dubai Holding, on Saturday announced it will showcase its extensive portfolio of both built-to-sell and built-to-lease communities at Cityscape Dubai 2010.
For the seventh consecutive year, DPG will participate in one of the largest business-to-business property and real estate exhibition in the region that will be held from October 4 to 7 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The ninth edition of Cityscape Dubai will assemble industry professionals including property developers, property managers, investors, government and property development authorities, architects, designers and consultants from over 130 countries.
The uniquely designed DPG stand to be located in Hall 8 will showcase a range of DPG communities designed to cater to diverse lifestyles and deliver a broad range of property solutions including exclusive villas and apartments, affordable residential housings, skilled labour accommodations, commercial real estate and retail and office space is some of the most desirable neighbourhoods in Dubai.
Featured communities will include Shorooq Mirdif, the most sought after destination for families; Ghoroob, the affordable residential development in the heart of Mirdif; Layan, the gated desert oasis; Al Khail Gate; Jumeirah Beach Residence and The Walk, the premium beachfront promenade.
In addition, DPG will showcase the services offered by its subsidiaries Salwan, with its end-to-end property solutions including sales and leasing; and Dubai Assets Management, offering property management, facilities management and security services.
