Driver took pictures of naked woman after raping her

A Pakistani driver raped a Filipina and took naked pictures of her on his mobile phone, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.

ASD, 28, is accused by the prosecution of raping MVD, 39, employee, and taking her pictures while she was completely naked.

MZH, 26, who was MVD’s friend and from whom she wanted to loan some money, is accused of criminal complicity by leaving the accused with MVD to have sex with her.

The victim testified that she got divorced in 2010 and that she had a Filipino boyfriend. The last time she had sex with her boyfriend was in January 2012. “As I needed money, I asked MZH to lend me some. MZH told me that he will take me to someone who has money to lend. MZH took me to a company in Al Quoz area. ASD claimed that he is MZH’s senior and threatened to inform the police because I had entered the company without his permission. I told him that I had come with my friend MZH. He then asked me to give him my ATM card or cash. ASD asked MZH to leave the office. He then forcibly undressed me and had forcible sex although I was undergoing my period. I could not seek help as he was shouting at me and I was crying. After he finished, he took my pictures on his mobile phone and I was trying to cover my face with my clothes,” she testified.

The victim’s friend, HOR, 33, Filipina, secretary, testified that MVD called her on February 4 and was crying and telling her that MZH had allowed his friend to rape her. “I called MZH and confronted him with what he had done but he denied the charge. Then I called the police,” she testified.

The forensic lab found ASD’s sperms on the victim’s body. The prosecution noted that the two accused made contradictory statements during investigations.

ASD told the prosecution that when he entered the company, he saw the woman naked.  His friend MZH told him that he had sex with her and that he can also have sex with her against money. He denied knowing anything about lending her money.

MVD told the prosecutors that MZH went with her to the company as MZH’s friend ASD was willing to lend her money. He left the place when ASD asked him to do so.
