Drug mule in the dock for carrying heroin

A Pakistani visitor allegedly smuggled 140 capsules that contained 1.149Kgs of heroin, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.
 
Last February 24, at around 5am, MMR, 31, arrived in Dubai International Airport and the inspector officer on duty suspected him as he looked worried.

“Subjecting him to the checking machine, strange bodies were seen in his digestive organ. Questioning, the passenger confessed to having 70 capsules in his body which he was planning to hand over to a person he did not identify,” testified the inspector.
 
The passenger was referred to Dubai Hospital where he released 140 capsules.

The accused confessed to the accusation and the court adjourned the case for verdict until June 14.
