UAE residents woke up to a foggy Monday morning.
Early morning motorists took to social media networks to alert others to drive carefully.
Road between Dubai and Abu Dhabi is foggy and visibility is low, read several tweets.
A UAE resident who had hit the road early this morning tweeted: "Road between #Dubai & #AbuDhabi is very foggy. Visibility low as you approach Abu Dhabi and Yas Island."
Meanwhile, according to an update by the National Center of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) website, the skies will be partly cloudy, with chances of towering clouds over eastern areas by afternoon.
The relative humidity will increase during night and early morning, giving rise to fog.
Maximum temperatures in internal areas will hit 44 degree centigrade with a minimum of 23 degreesC.
