#Your security_ourhappiness initiative

With the support of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, Dubai Police in co-operation with Dubai Media Incorporated (DMI) has launched an initiative “#Your security_ourhappiness” in order to enhance wellbeing and safety in the UAE.

This initiative reinforces the strategy of Dubai Police force to instill positive concepts among the public and its responsibility towards raising standards of safety and security to all residents.

Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President, CEO and Chairman of Department of Civil Aviation, Chairman of The Emirates Group and Dubai World Central, called on the public to be a part of the  “#Your security-happiness” initiative, reported Arabic daily ‘Al Bayan’.

Sheikh Ahmed said that the world has, indeed, become a global village. Advancement in technology ensures people travel in comfort and luxury, unlike earlier when travelling was difficult, he added.

“Dubai has been the leader in revolutionizing air travel,” he said and added, “for 30 years I was part of this process.”

“Today, Emirates and Dubai International Airport is the destination for millions worldwide,” Sheikh Ahmed said.

“If Dubai is known for its authenticity, generosity and hospitality, then the residents mirror the city’s spirits,” he said.

DMI will be represented by ‘Dubai TV’ and ‘Al Bayan’ for the initiative.
