Dubai Police receives 97,334 calls

Major Dr. Mohammed Ali Hamoudi, Director of the call centre (901) for Dubai Police, said the centre 97,334 calls during the first half of this year, compared to 62,712 calls during the first half of 2015, an increase of 56 per cent.
 
He said the centre received 655 labour complaints in the first half of 2016.
 
Hamoudi said Dubai Police is keen to communicate with the public through various communication channels, including a chat service that has been developed in the second half of last year.
 
He added that a person can go to www.dubaipolice.gov.ae to start a conversation with Dubai Police.
