Dubai’s fuel retailer Enoc and Eppco reversed its decision of self-service to fill petrol tanks at certain filling stations and now will offer 24/7 full-service facility to motorists from tomorrow (May 4).

The service is applicable across its entire network.

Customers could previously avail of the self-service facility during late operational hours of 12.00 midnight to 6.00 am at all Enoc/Eppco service stations which is now discontinued, the fuel retailers said, adding that Enoc and Eppco staff will be on hand to serve them at all times.

Saif Al Falasi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Enoc, said: “At Enoc, we are committed to further enhancing the standards of excellence across all our operations in line with Dubai Government’s vision to promote quality, sustainability and innovation, leading to customer satisfaction.”

Burhan Al Hashemi, Managing Director of Enoc Retail, said: “We are continuously looking for ways to add value to our customers. We focus on adopting and implementing high standards and best practices to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and integrity in its day-to-day operations. The Vehicle Identification Pass is one example of how we help our customers achieve efficiency.”

Last year, underlining its long-term commitment to customers, Enoc extended the petrol pump hoses so that they could easily reach the other side of the car in a bid to shorten queues at the service stations.
