Dubai’s Landmark Group buys controlling stake in Turkey’s Park Bravo Dis Ticaret

Dubai-based Landmark Group, the region’s leading retail and hospitality conglomerate, today announced the acquisition of 87.5 per cent stake in Park Bravo Dis Ticaret, the exclusive distributor of Nıne West branded footwear and accessories in Turkey.

Under the terms of the agreement, Landmark Group has acquired the controlling stake in the business and operations of Park Bravo Dis Ticaret A.S. The controlling acquisition of Park Bravo Dis Ticaret A.S. complements Landmark Group’s strategy to expand and offer value-based shopping experiences to their customers.

Park Bravo Dis Ticaret was founded in 1997 by the Park Bravo Group, one of the leading players in the Turkish women’s wear and shoe retail market. Park Bravo Dis Ticaret is the master franchisee of Nine West, Anne Klein and Enzo Angiolini brands in Turkey. As of March 2013, the Nine West business has 42 stores in Turkey including Anne Klein and Enzo Angiolini brands and another 45 sales points as corners.
