A driver who does not has the vehicle lights on at night is liable to be fined of Dh200 and to draw four black traffic points, Al Bayan reports, quoting Dubai and Federal traffic laws.
The report cites several instances of motorists who simply forget to switch on their lights leading to accidents due to collisions.
