Four Arab men fight over a British girl at beach party in Dubai

Four men engaged in a fight over a British woman at The Atlantis, Palm Jumeirah Hotel, Dubai Criminal Court heard.

According to court records, ON and OM, [both Syrians aged 23], and MS, a 28-year-old Egyptian photographer are accused of assaulting 31-year-old Syrian, AK, during a beach party held at the hotel last November, causing AK three per cent permanent disability.
 
AK is also accused of assaulting ON and OM.
 
“Around 2am I saw a British girl and I was greeting her when ON and OM came to me and asked me to leave while shoving me. When I refused to leave, the two along with MS started assaulting me. Later, a security guard intervened and kept them away. However, I suffered injuries to my left eye,” AK told investigators.
 
The victim was taken to hospital and forensic reports confirm that he has suffered three per cent permanent disability.

Meanwhile, forensic reports also show that ON and OM sustained minor injuries in the brawl.
 
The court will deliver its verdict on August 31.
