Housemaid cuts off sponsor’s private part

A housemaid allegedly cut off her sponsor’s private part causing him 40 per cent permanent disability after he repeatedly raped her, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.

According to the records, JNI, 26, Bangladeshi, cut off her 77-year-old sponsor MMF’s part using a straight razor that was next to the victim’s bed.

The accused confessed before the prosecution that two days prior to her arrest, her sponsor raped her twice after threatening her with kicking her out of the house if she did not obey him.

“On the third day, April 11, at 11 am he asked me to please him prior to having sexual intercourse. While was doing so, I saw a shaving razor on the table next to the bed. Without him noticing me I took the blade and cut off his private part which fell on the floor. I lift it and dumped it in the dustbin being scared of what happened,” she confessed.

MMF’s son KMF, 29, jobless, testified that on the day of the incident he woke up to his father’s screams. “When I rushed to his room I saw him sitting on a chair in front of his room’s door with his ‘Qandoora’ sustained with blood. When asked him about the blood he told me that the maid cut off his penis. I prevented the maid from running away and called up the police,” testified the son.

Police arrested the mad and rushed MMF to Rashid Hospital for treatment.

Forensic reported that the organ, which was reattached, was cut off from the root with a sharp tool that could be a knife or blade and the injury requires more than 20 days to heal. The doctor said in the report that it is difficult to determine its functioning ability especially that the man is old and, as he mentioned, he did not have any intercourse for the past two years. Forensic estimated a 40 per cent permanent disability.

Forensic also reported that the accused did not sustain any injury and that she is not virgin with difficulty of estimating since when. As well, there were no traces of sperm in or on her body.

The accused appeared before the court and the Presiding judge Mohammed Majid Mohammed adjourned the case until September 15 to provide a translator into her mother tongue.
