The Emirati teenager went missing in Indian city of Bangalore has been found, police told Emirates 24l7.

The teen went missing last Friday.

Inspector Maheshwarappa of Pulikeshi Nagar Police Station in Bangalore told this website that the boy was found in “Home of Hope” – a charitable organization which takes care of the destitute – in the locality of Hennur Bande.

Nineteen-year-old Khalid Ismail Hamad Al Hosani, a resident of Abu Dhabi, was in Bangalore along with his father for treatment. The boy was undergoing epilepsy treatment and went missing on Friday morning. They were staying in a serviced apartment in Hutchins Road.

Raja, a spokesperson of Home of Hope, told Emirates 24l7 that the boy was found by the police four days ago lying in the street.

“They took him and admitted him in the ‘Home of Hope’ where he continued to get treatment for epilepsy. His condition was very bad and was getting epilepsy attacks every two hours. But we continued giving him epilepsy treatment,” Raja said. More than 400 people are currently living in “Home of Hope.”

He said Al Hosani’s father came to “Home of Hope” nearly two hours ago and took away his son.

The police inspector said earlier that police had distributed new photos of the youngster to all TV channels and media outlets.
