Jobless men kidnap and sodomise 17-year-old student

Two jobless men have been accused of sodomising and assaulting a 17-year-old student, the Dubai Criminal Court heard on Monday.

HKM, 23, who holds no identification documents, and AAA, 19, Yemeni were also accused of consuming alcohol.

The victim NHA, Yemeni, testified that while he was heading to his house he saw HKM and AAA accompanied with other three he did not know.

“I ignored them and continued walking. All of a sudden someone hit me on my back and I fell on the ground. They beat me up and put me in a car’s rear box and drove to AAA’s house. They carried me up to the first floor and forced me to consume wine until I fell unconscious… After three hours I walk up and found myself naked. They carried me to the first floor where they sodomised me… I got into a bathroom and washed up… run away naked and informed my father who notified the police,” the victim testified.

Police arrested HKM who confessed to the crime after confronting him with a recording on his mobile showing the victim being subject to beating by a number of people.

Forensic reported bruises on the body of the victim and his private part proofing that he was forcibly sodomised.

The Court adjourned the case to May 10.
