The remuneration packages are based on the Labour Law of each country and are benchmarked with other reputed airlines.

Emirates provides a profit-share to all eligible staff based on company performance, which has ranged from between 2 and 14 weeks of basic salary.

All eligible staff can avail concessional airline rebated tickets for self and family.
