Last day to book: Air Arabia Dh399 return fares from UAE

Budget carrier, Air Arabia, is offering discounted tickets for as low as Dh399 for a limited 48 hours. 

Those planning to travel from the UAE can take advantage of this web exclusive offer and travel to selected destinations with low return fares. The rates quoted by the airline are all inclusive without any additional charges that can be levied later on.

The lowest fare (Dh399) are for cities like Dammam, Hofuf and Muscat followed by Dh499 for destinations like Bahrain, Doha, Kuwait and Salalah.

You can fly to Riyadh and Yanbu for Dh599; to Gassim for Dh666; to Taif for Dh777; to Hail for Dh799; to Abha for Dh849; to Beirut and Amman for Dh888; to Jeddah and Medinah for Dh 899 and to Alexandria, Istanbul and Nairobi for Dh999.

Under the travel terms and conditions, the tickets need to be booked on Monday, the 17th and Tuesday, the 18th of March, 2014 and travel is valid until the 31st of May, 2014.

Currently, the airline flies to 88 popular destinations spread across the Middle East, North Africa, Asia and Europe with new ones being added to the network regularly.

Just last month, it announced its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2013 and reported profits and growth.

The company’s net profit for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2013, stood at Dh94 million, up 12 per cent compared to Dh84 million reported in 2012.

The airline’s turnover for the last quarter 2013 was Dh811 million, an increase of 8 per cent compared to Dh753 million reported for the same period in 2012. The airline carried over 1.5 million passengers in fourth quarter of this year, an increase of 15 per cent compared to last quarter of 2013.

Air Arabia added 8 destinations to its network in 2013, including Yerevan in  Armenia; Lar and Mashhad in Iran; Baghdad in Iraq; Sialkot in Pakistan; Abha, Ha’il and Hofuf in Saudi Arabia. The airline took delivery of seven new A320 aircraft from Airbus in 2013, bringing its total fleet size to 35. 

Among the many highlights for Air Arabia in the year it celebrated ten years of success was being named “Low-Cost Carrier of the Year” at the Aviation Business Awards 2013.
