The New Zealander who was arrested in Dubai along with two other women for sex outside marriage has been banned from entering UAE for life.

Toby Carroll, the 32-year-old real estate expert who was employed with HSBC bank was arrested and jailed for two months after his girlfriend Priscilla Ferreira caught him having sex with another woman. Carroll was in bed with Danielle Spencer from UK when Ferreira walked in.

While Carroll and Ferreira were sentenced to two months in prison, Spencer was released after a month in jail.

Salman Lutfi of Lutfi & Co who represented Carroll told 'Emirates24|7' that his client was released on August 11 and was deported to the UK. “All the three have been banned from entering the UAE,” he said.

Describing Dubai prison as nothing short of a four-star hotel, he said: “The prison in Dubai is one of the best when compared to world standards."

When told about allegations being made against him by Spencer Lutfi said:“I do not understand why she is spreading these stories. Probably she wants to make some money by speaking to the tabloids,” he said.

Spencer in an interview with 'The Sun' alleged that Lutfi had tried to woo her by offering to take her to a romantic island.
