Light drizzle in Dubai and Sharjah…

There would be cloudy weather across the coastal areas including Dubai and Sharjah but hardly any chances for rain, says the latest forecast by the UAE Met department.

“At the most we can expect some light drizzle in parts of Dubai and Sharjah early morning tomorrow. But the cloud cover over the area will continue to prevail,” said a forecaster at the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology.

The weather will continue to remain hot in general during the daytime. “The chances of rain are more in eastern mountainous areas between Fujairah and Al Ain by afternoon,” the forecaster added.

The temperature in mountainous areas will remain significantly low compared to the rest of the country. The minimum temperature across the eastern mountains will drop to around 22°C. The maximum temperature will range between 26°C-35°C while most of the coastal areas will remain moderately hot at around with a maximum of around 36°C to 43°C.

The wind will remain light to moderate in general and may freshen at times. “The relative humidity is likely to increase over the coastal and western internal areas during night and early morning,” the NCMS forecast added.
