MoL aims at 'excellent services' for firms, workers

Mubarak Saeed Al Dhahiri, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Labour, checked customer service delivery at the Dubai labour office recently in a move to update MOL plans towards promoting service mechanisms.

He stressed the keenness of the Ministry of Labour to provide the best services to customers in line with the ministry’s Strategic Plan, as per the directives of Saqr Ghobash, Minister of Labour. Therefore he called upon the staff during his inspection to provide high-quality services to customers and complete transactions in time.

Al Dhahiri listened to different proposals made by some customers during his tour, and made sure to note down all observations that would contribute to providing excellent services to them in complete accuracy and professionalism.

Concluding the tour, Al Dhahiri held a special meeting during which he reviewed outputs that would contribute towards the development of the ministry’s systems to provide best services to customers using latest means to accomplish their transactions with complete ease and on time, all to raise the levels of customer satisfaction.

During the inspectional tour, Mr. Jassem Al Banna, Acting Director of the Department of Legal Affairs, and Abdul Wahab Issa Labour Expert accompanied Al Dhahiri.
