Mohammed attends Al Wathba Endurance Championship

206 entries representing stables across the country with a purse of Dh500,000

UAE Vice-President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the Emirates Endurance Championship at Emirates International Endurance Village in Al Wathba with the participation of 206 male and female entries representing all stables across the country with a purse of Dh500,000.

Dubai Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler and Minister of Finance Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum also watched the race.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Kahlifa bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, riding Balik Al Tornado from Warsan Stables, landed the 120KM  race.

The race was mainly sponsored by Abu Dhabi Sports Council and Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority and was held under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs also President of the Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan and received the support from the Sheikh Mansour Global Arabian Flat Racing Festival.
