Residents of most parts of Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah woke up to early morning showers on Sunday.
Earlier, the National weather bureau had predicted light showers, unpredictable weather and foggy mornings for a few more days.
Motorists travelling to Jebel Ali from Dubai and Sharjah reported seeing one minor mishap on Sheikh Zayed Road. However it did not halt traffic for long.

Humidity and fog is expected to increase in coastal and inland areas. While temperatures on Sunday will be vary between 30 to 36 degree centigrade across the UAE.
