Multiple accidents were reported on Dubai roads on Tuesday, with Twitter traffic monitors tipped motorists on which roads to skip to avoid long delays.

Accidents were reported on E311, SMBZ (Sheikd Mohammed Bin Zayed) road near Global Village, Hessa Street, Al Khalil Rd, Umm Hurair and Al Dhaid.

Dubai Police’s official Twitter handle reported; “Traffic jam on AlKhail Road from Nad AlShiba Bridge towards AbuDhabi caused by a stalled vehicle.”

It added, “Please approach E88/E311 with caution. Several accidents and roads blocked. Police on the scene.”
