UAE #NationalDay44: Amazing fireworks, spectacular show [video]

The 44th UAE National Day was celebrated with an hour long of spectacular performances staged against the background of the iconic skyline of Dubai.

A perfect location for the event, spectators were surprised with an all-out ‘water’ performance.

If it wasn't horses galopping through the water that astonished, it was the neon-lit flyboarders dancing in the sky, powered by unmanned jet-skis.

As the show went on, voice recordings of the founding fathers of the UAE addressed the audience.

Local dances as well as ballet dances was performed with a wide variety of costumes - from walruses to birds, flowers and other works of art.

The show was concluded with fireworks that equaled if not surpassed the famous Dubai New Year's Eve fireworks.

Truly spectacular.
