Members of Sharjah Air Wing have rescued six Indian sailors after high waves swept their ship 10 miles away from the coast of the Emirate of Sharjah.
One of the three sailors was in critical condition, while the health condition of the two others was stable.
The ship was coming from a neighbouring country and was about to capsize on Tuesday morning, after entering Sharjah Creek westward, due to waves caused by the current bad weather.
On the rescue plane, medical staff provided first aid for the six sailors and provided them with the necessary medical care, transferring them to Al Qassimi Hospital for treatment.
