Sky Collection units offered

After The Address Residence Fountain Views, the serviced apartments project in Downtown Dubai, Emaar Properties is now offering customers a chance to own homes within the ‘Sky Collection’ in the towers.

Spacious, fully furnished, luxury residences are part of the ‘Sky Collection,’ all of them on the highest levels of the 60-storey towers, located in Downtown Dubai, next to The Dubai Mall and overlooking Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain. The residences will be serviced by The Address Hotels + Resorts, Emaar’s hotel brand.

Customers can choose from three and four-bedroom apartments, three and four-bedroom duplex apartments and four-bedroom penthouses that range in area from over 2,000 sq ft to more than 17,000 sq ft, including suite and balcony areas.

Potential investors can apply by filling out an online application at www.emaar.com. Selected customers will be invited for a private preview and sale, with Emaar contacting them directly.

 Emaar had earlier unveiled a Sky Collection within The Address The BLVD, which received strong response from investors in Dubai and international markets.

Recently, Emaar also launched Mira townhouses in Reem and The Address Residence Sky View in Downtown Dubai, which too recorded overwhelming response. Emaar’s newest project launch is Burj Vista, differentiated by luxury residences with lavish terraces that open to uninterrupted, front-seat views of the city’s skyline.
