The Ministerial Commission for Services (MCS) held a meeting in Abu Dhabi on Sunday under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The MCS members discussed during the meeting a draft for unified regulations of human resources for federal government entities.
The proposed regulations cover articles related to, among others, organisation structure, job descriptions, job profiling, budgets, recruitment rules, pension for UAE citizens and annual increments.
